Squad Scheduling and Overtime Callouts

Squad Scheduling

The optional squad scheduling module enables you to:

• Assign personnel to a squad and set up any number of shift patterns by squad. This pattern will create the work shifts perpetually into the future.
• Schedule holiday, lieu time or sick time, or any other reason for anyone scheduled to be away from date to date.
• State the minimum number of people on a shift, by rank, and if any shifts are scheduled with less there will be a report for this, and/or a reminder can come up stating that this problem has not been dealt with.
• Run reports including individual schedules for any period of time (scheduled in the future, or completed in the past) Holidays, sick time, lieu time (credit or debit) reports for each firefighter.

Overtime Scheduling

The Optional Overtime Scheduling module is used to assist you in managing replacements for firefighters that are unavailable for their scheduled shift. The system logs all overtime that is offered and bases new overtime opportunities on rank and other offers to date.
