Incident Reports

Access a complete history of previous incidents for this property or complete a new Incidents report. All reports for your Fire Marshall/Commissioner will be included in the system. If your Fire Marshall has the capability to receive reports electronically, we will set up your system accordingly.

Before we got FirePro, I used to spend six hours completing my monthly incident response reports to the Fire Marshall’s office. Now it takes me five minutes. FirePro's response reports are easy to use and I can generate statistics any way I want.

The incident report window is linked to recording all firefighters who attended the an incident and relates a member’s attendance to that firefighter’s payroll. As well the inventory used at the incident, and preparation of the Truck Chart information flows from the incident report, again saving you time. You may access a call-back window, record casualty information, enter information on Inventory used, and store pictures of the incident all through the Incident window. Valuable Investigation notes on this Incident can also be recorded. Optionally you can create invoices for each incident, using the information you have already entered into the incident report.
