Property Info

The Properties window is used operationally for both entering and accessing comprehensive information on buildings or vacant land in your area, including hazardous materials storage, Inspections and Incident Reports.

Pre-Plans » You can monitor each property by type. There are 18 possible ‘types’. Each of these can be chosen from a pick-list, eliminating typing, saving you time, and reducing the potential of errors. FirePro 2 supports both customized and NFPA-style pre-plans.

Letters » Store any amount of correspondence and follow up notes for each property.

Hazardous Materials » Displays PIN #, Guide Page # and location on property and other details. An optional "add-on" to FirePro 2 is an electronic version of the complete HAZMAT guides, which may be printed as required.

Pictures » Provides immediate access to stored floor plans and photographs to visually assist firefighters.

Invoices » Keep track of any invoice sent to a property owner for MVA response charges, follow-up inspections, permits or anything else.
